The people who move fastest at work have always had one thing in common: someone who knows their situation, remembers what they are working on, and helps them walk into the hard moments prepared. A coach. The founders had seen how much it changes a career, and how few people ever get one.
That backing was always reserved for the few.
Coaching never scaled. There were never enough coaches to go round, so it went to the top of the organisation and everyone else was left to figure it out alone. We did not think that was fair, or that it still had to be true. Humainly exists to close that gap.
So we set out to give everyone one.
One coaching relationship, with accredited human coaches in it, for every single person. That is the company we are building, and it is live today.

Most of the market sells either a clever chatbot or a scarce human. We built Humainly to be one coach a person keeps: it remembers them, and accredited coaches are part of the same relationship. It is the company we set out to build, and the idea the category left unclaimed.
