Terms of use
Last updated 29 July 2026
These terms apply when you use behumainly.com. They cover the website itself: browsing it, enquiring, joining the early list, applying to coach, and talking to our website assistant. Using the Humainly product is covered by a separate agreement.
By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
Who we are
Humainly is a company registered in England and Wales. You can reach us at hello@behumainly.com.
Using the site
You may use this site for your own business or personal purposes. You may not misuse it: no attempting to gain unauthorised access, no interfering with how it runs for other people, no automated scraping at a scale that affects availability, and nothing unlawful.
Enquiries, the early list and applications
When you enquire, join the early list, subscribe to the blog or apply to coach, you agree to give accurate information and to use an address you are entitled to use. Joining a list or sending an enquiry does not create a contract and does not guarantee access to the product, an invitation, or a place on our coaching bench.
We may decline or withdraw an enquiry, an application or a list place at our discretion, and we may remove anyone who misuses these forms.
Booking a walkthrough
When you book a walkthrough we hold the slot for you and send a calendar invite. Slots are subject to availability and we may need to move one. If we do, we will tell you and offer an alternative.
Our website assistant
Ari answers questions about Humainly using an AI model. It is here to help you find your way and to put you in touch with our team. It is not advice, it can be wrong, and nothing it says forms a contract or a binding quote. Anything that matters should be confirmed with a person on our team.
Content on this site
Everything on this site, including text, design, images, logos and code, belongs to Humainly or is used with permission. You may read it, share links to it, and quote it with attribution. You may not copy, republish or adapt it commercially without our written permission.
Where we cite published research we name the source and the year. Those works belong to their authors and are cited, not endorsed by them.
The ICF, EMCC and AC names refer to the coaching bodies that accredit the coaches we work with. Their names and marks belong to them.
Accuracy and availability
We keep this site accurate and current, but we do not promise it is complete or error free. Product features described here may change as we build. We do not promise the site will always be available, and we may change or withdraw any part of it.
Links to other sites
Where we link to another website we do so because we think it is useful. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, and our total liability in connection with this website is limited to one hundred pounds.
Privacy
How we handle personal data is set out in our privacy policy and our cookie policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK or the EEA, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in.
