Build the practice you trained for.

Humainly brings you the clients, agrees your rate, and runs the practice around the coaching. You choose your hours, and every session pays your agreed rate.

Why Humainly

Coaching alone asks you to be a business before a coach.

The conversation you are best at ends up competing with everything it takes to find and keep the work, on an income that rarely holds steady from one month to the next.

  • 01Finding clients
  • 02Pitching and quoting
  • 03Scheduling and rescheduling
  • 04Invoicing and chasing payment
  • 05Marketing yourself
  • 06And, somewhere in there, the coaching
The partnership

We run the practice around the coaching.

Your rate, agreed up front

We set your session rate when you join and every session pays it, with no bidding and no discounting. You are paid monthly, without an invoice.

Clients matched to you

We bring you clients who fit your specialism, briefed before each session, so you never have to sell or pitch. You set your availability and accept the work you want.

The admin, handled

Scheduling, reminders, rebooking and payment all run in the background, so the hours you work stay hours you are paid for.

Coaching hours, not the unpaid hours around them. Scheduling, reminders, rebooking and payment are all handled for you.

Your cockpit

A platform that runs your practice.

Every Humainly coach works from their own cockpit, on web and mobile. It holds your schedule, a workspace for each client, and a clear view of how your practice is performing. The AI is yours, and you approve everything before it is sent.

Before every session

A brief is ready before you sit down.

The cockpit prepares a short brief before each session and drafts your summary, action points and follow-up afterwards. Nothing is sent until you have read and approved it, and the briefs draw only on what each client chooses to share.

The clients come to you

Matched, briefed and ready to begin.

The first-time manager with no playbook, the specialist stepping into leadership, the senior leader carrying more scope than ever. We match them to your specialism and brief them before they arrive, so your time goes to the coaching itself.

How it works

We are careful about who coaches here.

Clients trust the network because every coach on it has been through the same four stages. Here is exactly what happens after you apply.

1

Formal application

A few minutes to tell us about your credentials, experience and approach. A real person reads every one within five working days.

2

Interviews

You meet our coaching team to talk through your practice, the way you work with clients, and what you want from Humainly.

3

Onboarding

We verify your documents, agree your rate and contract, and confirm everything on a short final call before we set you up.

4

Go live

We build your profile with you, walk you through the platform and make your first match, usually a few weeks from first form to first client.

The bar

  • An accredited coaching qualification, from the ICF, EMCC, AC or an equivalent body
  • Substantial coaching experience behind you
  • Current professional indemnity insurance
  • Comfortable coaching over video on a digital platform

If you are close but not an exact match, apply anyway. We recognise qualifications from around the world and read every application.

Questions

The questions coaches ask us.

We agree a fixed session rate with you during onboarding, and every session pays it. There is no bidding against other coaches and no discounting to win work, and payment arrives monthly without you ever raising an invoice.

There is no minimum. You set your weekly availability and accept or decline bookings as they come. Plenty of coaches run Humainly alongside an independent practice.

No. The AI on Humainly exists to support your work. It prepares session briefs, drafts summaries and follow-ups, and clears the admin around every session, while the coaching itself stays entirely with you. Human sessions are the most valued thing on the platform.

No. We match you with clients who fit your specialism and brief them before each session, so you never have to sell, pitch or market yourself. You set your availability and accept the work you want.

Someone on our coaching team reads every application within five working days. If your background fits, we invite you to interview, and successful candidates move through onboarding, with document checks and a contract, and a short final call before going live. We would rather take fewer coaches and stand behind every one of them.

The form takes a few minutes, and a real person replies within five working days.

AI is bringing more people to coaching than ever, and many want to go further than a machine can take them. That is the door we are opening, and we are choosing our first coaches now.
